Position Overview
TK Health is seeking a Medical Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to join our clinical team supporting Sevier County Jail and Jefferson County Jail in Tennessee. This part-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful patient care in a structured, secure correctional healthcare environment.
As a Nurse Practitioner with TK Health Clinics, you will practice at the top of your license while gaining broad clinical experience across acute, chronic, and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide primary and urgent medical care to incarcerated patients
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with nursing staff, custody staff, and healthcare leadership
Participate in on-call coverage as required
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Adhere to all facility policies and state/federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Ability to work independently in a secure, structured environment
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to pass a background check
Work Environment
On-site clinical care in county jail settings
Collaborative healthcare and custody teams
