Summary:  These faculty physicians will be responsible for providing non-emergent primary care/emergency/specialty/general surgery medical care at one or more designated community facility(s) and/or through telemedicine or other virtual health delivery technologies. Ensures organizational compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. These clinicians will be responsible for all patient care activities related to board certification/licensure which may include chronic care management, acute care, and care coordination.
